OmniROM Launches The First Nightlies for a Dozen Mobile-Based Android 5.1.1

OmniROM still fighting tooth and nail for position as one of the most relevant ROMs Panorama, and so it is very important to be able to offer you the maximum number of possible devices to the latest available versions of Android.

That’s why after make the leap to Lollipop on February 10 and have been working to get a stable code, now already have enough confidence in Android 5.1.1 of its ROM-based version as to officially release the first tranche of nightlies for a small selection of mobile devices.

This is the list of devices that have already available the first nightlies with Android 5.1.1 in the OmniROM download page:

  • ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity (tf700t)
  • Google Nexus 4 (mako)
  • Google Nexus 5 (hammerhead)
  • Google Nexus 6 (shamu)
  • Google Nexus 7 (flo)
  • Google Nexus 10 (blanket)
  • Oppo Find 7/7a (find7)
  • Oneplus One (find7op)
  • Sony Xperia Z (yuga)
  • Sony Xperia ZL (odin)

The nightly versions are those which, having even more stability than the experimental, they are still far from being final versions. They are useful for testers to go tasting a new version of the ROM and reporting all bugs that are to Polish it, so they are not recommended for those who are looking for stability and that everything goes smoothly on your mobile.
