Alcatel introduces new, but already anticipated, Idol Idol 4 and 4S, with the new line 4 + 4 and POP POP. In the first case, Idol 4, midrange smartphone features an IPS display from 5.2 “Full HD, processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 2/3 GB RAM octa core, depending on the variant, 16 GB of internal memory expandable, main camera from 16 Megapixels, 8 MegaPixel front both with LED flash, 2610 battery mAh and Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The design is characterized by the adoption of a unibody aluminum body and curved glass, the latter both in front and rear, all contained in a thickness of just 6.9 mm.
Alcatel Idol 4S, instead, is a high-end smartphone that integrates a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa core, a 5.5 “QHD SuperAMOLED display, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory expandable. The photographic sector is entrusted to a 13 MegaPixel main camera and a front-facing 8 MegaPixel from, both equipped with LED flash, and the battery is a unit of 3000 mAh.
Particularly interesting is the confirmation of the possibility to use the box of new Idol 4 and 4S as Viewer dedicated to virtual reality.
Finally 4 + 4 and POP POP are two midrange smartphone, featuring a sleek, curved back that enhances ergonomics. As for the specs, we find a quad core processor on POP 4 and one octa core about POP4 +, the latter also incorporates connectivity 6 LTE Cat..
The two smartphones also differ as regards the main camera resolution; 8 Megapixels on the standard version and 13 Megapixels on the Plus. Both come with du na 5 MegaPixel front camera. We await further details regarding the size of the display and troubleshooting procedures, as well as the type of SoC used and RAM fitted.
